UPDATE ON THE SKIN DISPOSAL
Shareholders of Ascendis Health (“Shareholders”) are referred to the announcement published on 1 February 2022 advising
of, inter alia, the conclusion by Ascendis Health South Africa Proprietary Limited (“AHSA”) of a share sale agreement with
Amka Products Proprietary Limited (“Amka”) in terms of which AHSA will dispose of the issued share capital in Ascendis Skin
and Body Proprietary Limited, which operates the skin business unit comprising the Nimue business, to Amka (“Skin
Disposal”).
Shareholders are advised that AHSA and Amka have concluded an addendum to the share sale agreement, extending the
closing date for the Skin Disposal to 31 May 2022.
The Ascendis Health board of directors (the “Board”) accepts responsibility for the information contained in this
