Shareholders are advised that, following the release of the Group’s audited financial results for the year
ended 28 February 2022 at 09h30 this morning, a presentation of the results will be made to analysts at
14h00 on Wednesday, 4 May 2022.

The presentation will be held online, details of which will be made available to all confirmed
participants. The presentation is available on CMH’s website at https://www.cmh.co.za/presentations/.
