VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT – UPDATE REGARDING THE PAN-EUROPEAN LOGISTICS PORTFOLIO
Shareholders are referred to the pre-close investor statement released on 23 March 2022, wherein the Fund
committed to undertake a strategic review to evaluate the introduction of third party capital and explore options to
maximise the value of the Pan-European Logistics (“PEL”) platform.
Shareholders are now advised that significantly attractive, unsolicited inbound interest has been received in respect
of the PEL platform.
In line with the Fund’s strategy of creating long term value for shareholders and the unsolicited inbound interest,
the Board of Directors of the Fund (the “Board”), together with the PEL platform co-investors, consider it
appropriate to undertake a formal sale process in respect of the PEL platform.
The Fund will continue to update shareholders of any material developments in due course.
