As a result of the expiry of the above variable strike warrant, the Issuer, after taking into account the
last distribution subsequent to the September 2021 reset, made the necessary adjustment to the
exercise price to ensure the financial position of the warrant holders is unprejudiced.

Investec Bank Limited, as Issuer of the abovementioned warrant GRTIVD, would like to advise
Holders, that due to the new adjusted exercise price of R1.7212, effective 1 April 2022, GRTIVD has
now terminated and Holders are entitled to now receive the linked units, being Growthpoint Properties
Limited JSE share code GRT ISIN ZAE000179420, at the new exercise price of R1.7212 per unit held.
This will automatically accrue to the Issuer via instruction to STRATE.
