The annual financial statements were audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. who issued an unmodified audit report. Notice of Annual General Meeting Posting of the Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to Shareholders, which incorporates summarised annual financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2021 will commence on or about 31 March 2022.
