FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE DIVIDEND FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2021



NEPI Rockcastle shareholders are referred to the announcement published on 23 February 2022 regarding the
distribution of 16.78 euro cents per share declared by the board of directors for the year ended 31 December 2021.

Shareholders holding shares traded on the JSE and A2X will receive their cash dividend in South African Rand
converted from Euro at an average exchange rate of EUR1.00:ZAR16.82497, determined over a three day period
commencing on Thursday, 3 March 2022 and ending on Monday, 7 March 2022. Accordingly, the cash dividend of
16.78 euro cents per share will be equal to 282,32300 Rand cents per share. Shareholders holding shares traded on
Euronext Amsterdam will receive the dividend in euros.

Dividend tax (and therefore the information provided in this paragraph) is only of direct application to shareholders
holding shares traded on the JSE and A2X. The gross local dividend amount is 282,32300 Rand cents per share for
shareholders exempt from paying South African dividends tax. The net local dividend amount is 225,85840 Rand cents
per share for shareholders liable to pay the dividends tax rate of 20%. The dividend will be paid from the Isle of Man
and there is no withholding tax payable in the Isle of Man.

The salient dates and times announced on 23 February 2022 remain unchanged.
