LISTING OF THE SATRIX MSCI INDIA FEEDER ETF (“THE PORTFOLIO”)
Further to the announcement released on SENS on Thursday, 17
February 2022 regarding the results of the initial public offer for
subscription to the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited
hereby announce the listing of the portfolio.
Issued securities and listing
Satrix MSCI India Feeder ETF will issue 991 673 (Nine hundred and
ninety one thousand six hundred and seventy three) securities,
comprising of the sum total of the cash subscriptions, to list on
the “Exchange Traded Funds” sector of the main board of the JSE
Limited, at an issue price of approximately R57.40 per security, to
commence trading on Thursday, 24 Thursday 2022.
