Conversion ratio Investors will be entitled to 0.0174208 (“the conversion ratio”) Satrix MSCI India Securities for every letter of allocation (“LA”) issued. The LAs will be converted to Satrix MSCI India securities in the subscriber’s CSDP or broker account. STRATE will convert the LA to Satrix securities in the subscriber’s CSDP or broker accounts in terms of the conversion ratio above. 2.
