RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY


Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Ashleigh M’Crystal has resigned as company secretary as she 
will be relocating to the United Kingdom. Her resignation is effective from 11 February 2022. The Board thanks
Ashleigh for her contribution to Resilient and wishes her well in her future endeavours.

The Board has commenced a process to appoint a new company secretary. A further announcement in this regard
will be released on SENS in due course.
