                                     NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are referred to the revised notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and to the announcement published
on SENS on 18 November 2021 in which it was confirmed that the AGM would be held on 20 December 2021 (“the
Revised Notice”). Shareholders are also referred to the announcement published on SENS on 15 December 2021 in
which it was announced that the AGM was to be postponed (“the Postponement”).

Shareholders are now advised that an urgent court application was launched on Saturday, 18 December 2021 by a
shareholder of the Company, Cambridge Investments Proprietary Limited, and heard yesterday in the Gauteng Division
of the High Court of South Africa (“the Court”), in terms of which the Postponement was declared invalid by the Court
and the Company directed to hold the AGM at 9am, SA time, today, Monday 20 December 2021, as previously
scheduled in accordance with the Revised Notice.

The salient dates and times pertaining to the AGM are contained in the Revised Notice and remain applicable to the
AGM that will take place this morning at 9am. With regard to instructions regarding electronic participation, please note
that the meeting will now be held via Microsoft Teams. A link has been shared with shareholders that have submitted
their proxy forms or letters of representation in accordance with the Revised Notice by the deadline set out therein. Any
other interested party wishing to attend the meeting may send a written request to proxy@computershare.co.za before
09:00 on Monday 20 December 2021.
