Zealand

Super Group shareholders and noteholders are referred to the announcement
published by the Company on SENS on 31 March 2021, announcing the acquisition of
LeasePlan Australia Limited and LeasePlan New Zealand Limited (together
“LeasePlan ANZ”) by SG Fleet Group Limited (“SG Fleet”).

On 1 September 2021 SG Fleet announced the successful completion of the
LeasePlan ANZ acquisition from LeasePlan Corporation N.V.(LeasePlan) for a cash
consideration of AUD273 million and a 13% equity interest in SG Fleet.
