("EY"), with Ms Gail Moshoeshoe as the designated audit partner, to succeed Deloitte & Touche ("Deloitte") as external auditors of Octodec, its subsidiaries and associated company, including Premium Properties ("the group") with effect from the financial year commencing on 1 September 2021. The proposed appointment of EY will be put to shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the company, scheduled for Friday, 28 January 2022 ("the 2022 AGM"). The Board and the Audit Committee thank Deloitte for their excellent services and commitment to the Octodec group over the years and look forward to working with EY.
