The Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Stefanutti Stocks’ shareholders for the year ended 28 February 2021 will be held on Friday, 6 August 2021 at 12:00, entirely through electronic communication as permitted by the Memorandum of Incorporation of the company and the Companies Act, 71 of 2008, as amended, and, if deemed fit, to pass with or without modification all of the ordinary and special resolutions set out in the notice of annual general meeting attached to the summarised consolidated financial statements. Shareholders are strongly encouraged to submit votes by proxy before the meeting. If shareholders wish to participate in the AGM, they should instruct their Central Securities Depository Participant (CSDP) or broker to issue them with the necessary letter of representation to participate in the AGM, in the manner stipulated in their custody agreement. These instructions must be provided to the CSDP or broker by the cut-off time and date advised by the CSDP or broker, to accommodate such requests. The record date for shareholders to be recorded as such in the securities’ register of Stefanutti Stocks in order to be able to attend, participate and vote at the AGM is Friday, 30 July 2021.
