RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of directors
of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise shareholders of the resignation of Mr Sello Moloko as an
Independent non-executive director of the Company effective from 30 June 2021. Accordingly, Sello
will also be resigning as a member of the audit and risk committee, and the social and ethics committee.

Sello was appointed as a non-executive director prior to the listing of Stor-Age in 2015 and has been a
valued contributor to the growth and governance of the company during its formative years and beyond.

The board would like to express its sincere thanks and appreciation for the knowledge and experience
that Sello has bestowed on the group during his tenure and wish him well for his future endeavours.
