Listing of additional 1nvestPlatinum debentures – ETFPLT and ENXPLT(NSX)

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 09 June 2021, issued an additional 100,000 1nvestPlatinum
debentures at an approximate issue price of R157.3608 per additional 1nvestPlatinum debenture,
following subscriptions in respect of approximately 975.606 fine troy ounces of Platinum Bullion.

After the additional issue, there will be 25,845,000 1nvestPlatinum debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 252,266.551 fine troy ounces of Platinum Bullion.
