Redemption of 1nvestGold debentures – ETFGLD and ENXGLD(NSX)

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 06 May 2021, redeemed 1,750,000 1nvestGold debentures,
following a redemption in respect of approximately 17,127.120 fine troy ounces of Gold Bullion.

After the redemption, there will be 8,520,000 1nvestGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 83,430.751 fine troy ounces of Gold Bullion.
