FUTURE COMMUNICATION

Shareholders are referred to the -
1.     announcement released on SENS by the JSE on Tuesday, 30 March 2021; and
2.     the Sixth Status Report issued by the joint business rescue practitioners and sent to
       all affected parties on Wednesday, 31 March 2021,
wherein shareholders were advised that Comair’s listing will be removed from the
commencement of business tomorrow, Wednesday, 7 April 2021 and that they will remain
shareholders in Comair as an unlisted company.

Notwithstanding the aforegoing, shareholders are informed that a general offer will shortly be
made to purchase all Comair shares held by the minorities at a consideration of 4,26 cent per
share, as envisaged in Comair's duly approved Business Rescue Plan (“Plan”) published on
2 September 2020, as amended from time to time thereafter. A copy of the Plan, as amended,
is available for inspection on the Company’s website, at https://www.comair.co.za/business-
rescue/business-rescue-plan-and-meetings.

Shareholders are hereby advised that communications will from time to time in the future be
made in the press and sent by post to shareholders as required in terms of the Companies
Act. Shareholders are also encouraged to refer also to the Company’s website, at
https://www.comair.co.za/business-rescue, for any notifications.
