Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002

RESTATEMENT OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE PREVIOUS
FINANCIAL YEAR

Unitholders are referred to the announcement released on sens
on 31 March 2021 regarding the availability of annual
financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2020 in
respect of the various portfolios managed by Satrix Managers
(RF) Proprietary Limited (“the Manager”).

Unitholders are hereby advised that there was a restatement of
the annual financial statements of the Satrix ILBI portfolio
for the previous financial year which only affected the
statement of cash flows.

Specifically, interest on investment cash flow of the prior
financial   year  has   been reclassified  to  be  disclosed
separately on the face of the statement of cash flows, which
was previously included in the purchase and sales of
underlying constituents cash flow line items. There was no
change in the total Investing activities cash flow per the
statement of cash flows.

Please refer to note 10 of the abovementioned annual financial
statements for further details.

No other restatements occurred in any of the other annual
financial statements for any of the other portfolios managed
by the Manager.
