2020 INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND SECONDARY LISTING ON A2X

In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE, shareholders are advised as follows: -

Annual Statutory Report

Sun International shareholders are advised that the Annual Statutory Report of the Company for the year ended
31 December 2020, which incorporates, inter alia, a notice of Annual General Meeting, explanatory notes, the
Company’s remuneration policy and implementation report and a form of proxy was distributed to Sun International
shareholders today, Wednesday, 31 March 2021. The complete set of audited consolidated financial statements
(including the external auditor, audit committee and directors’ reports for the year ended 31 December 2020), plus
the Company’s corporate governance and social and ethics reports are all available on Sun International’s website
at www.suninternational.com/investors

The complete audited consolidated financial statements, which appear on the Company’s website, contain no
changes or modifications to the audited summary group financial statements for the year ended
31 December 2020, which were released on the Stock Exchange News Service on Monday, 15 March 2021.

Sun International 2020 Integrated Annual Report

Sun International’s shareholders are also advised that the Company’s 2020 integrated annual report for the
financial year ended 31 December 2020, is available on Sun International’s website at
www.suninternationalonlinereport.co.za/2020, with effect from Wednesday, 31 March 2021.

Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 37th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held at 09:00 on
Tuesday, 11 May 2021 solely by way of electronic communication and as per the notice of AGM.

The board of directors of the Company, has determined, in accordance with Section 59 of the Companies Act, 71
of 2008, as amended, that the record date for shareholders to be recorded as shareholders in the securities register
of the Company in order to: (i) be entitled to receive the notice of AGM is Friday, 26 March 2021, and (ii) be entitled
to attend, participate and vote at the AGM is Friday, 30 April 2021. The last day to trade in order to be eligible to
attend, participate and vote at the AGM is Monday, 26 April 2021.

Secondary Listing on A2X

Sun International is pleased to advise shareholders that its ordinary shares will be traded on A2X with effect from
Monday, 12 April 2021 (“A2X listing date”).

The Company will retain its listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) and its issued share capital will
be unaffected by the secondary listing on A2X. Sun International’s ordinary shares will be available to be traded
on the JSE and A2X from the A2X listing date.

A2X is a licensed stock exchange authorised to provide a secondary listing venue for companies and is regulated
by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority and Prudential Authority, South African Reserve Bank in South Africa
in terms of the Financial Markets Act 19 of 2012.
