INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2020


1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Revenue from continuing operations remained consistent at R845.1 million, increasing
     slightly from R844.4 million in the prior corresponding period.

     Operating profit from continuing operations decreased by 49% to R41.7 million, from
     R81.4 million in the prior corresponding period.

     Headline earnings per share decreased by 109% to a loss of 0.99 cents per share, from
     earnings of 10.35 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Headline earnings per share from continuing operations decreased by 108% to 0.99 cents
     per share, from 11.69 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Basic earnings per share decreased by 122% to a loss of 0.30 cents per share, from
     earnings per share of 1.39 cents in the prior corresponding period.

     Basic earnings per share from continuing operations decreased by 111% to a loss of
     0.30 cents per share, from earnings of 2.73 cents per share in the prior corresponding
     period.
