COMPANY SECRETARY


Shareholders are advised that Shereen Vally-Kara will retire as company secretary of the Company,
with effect from 31 March 2021 and Donna Msiska has been appointed company secretary of the
Company with effect from 1 April 2021.

The board thanks Shereen for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her retirement
and congratulates Donna on her appointment.
