registered as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of
2002.


PARTIAL DELISTING OF SYGUK SECURITIES

SYGUK will partially delist 1 563 682 securities from the JSE with commencement of
business today, at an approximate price of ZAR 140.33 per security.

Following the delisting of these securities, there will be 6 387 787 SYGUK securities
in issue.
