FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE DIVIDEND FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2020


NEPI Rockcastle shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS and Euronext Amsterdam on
25 February 2021 regarding the distribution of 16.88 euro cents per share declared by the board of directors for the year
ended 31 December 2020.

Shareholders holding shares traded on the JSE will receive their cash dividend in South African Rand converted from
Euro at an exchange rate determined on Monday, 8 March 2021 of EUR1.00:ZAR18.39849. Accordingly, the cash
dividend of 16.88 euro cents per share will be equal to ZAR3.10567 per share. Shareholders holding shares traded on
Euronext Amsterdam will receive the dividend in euros.

Dividend tax (and therefore the information provided in this paragraph) is only of direct application to shareholders
holding shares traded on the JSE. The gross local dividend amount is ZAR 3.10567 per share for shareholders exempt
from paying South African dividends tax. The net local divided amount is ZAR 2.48454 per share for shareholders liable
to pay the dividends tax rate of 20%. The dividend will be paid from the Isle of Man and there is no withholding tax
payable in the Isle of Man.

The salient dates and times announced on 25 February 2021 remain unchanged.
