RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Trustco shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 11 February 2020 and
27 March 2020 as well as the subsequent renewals of such cautionary announcement dated 4
December 2020 and 20 January 2021, and using the definitions therein are hereby advised that the
parties are re-evaluating the terms of the disposals referred to as the Herboths Transaction and the
Legal Shield Holdings Transaction.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until a further announcement is made.
