Life Healthcare shareholders are advised that the audited, consolidated annual financial
statements for the financial year ended 30 September 2020 have been published on Life
Healthcare’s website today, Friday, 11th December 2020 at
https://www.lifehealthcare.co.za/investor-relations/results-and-reports/
and contain no modifications to the reviewed results which were published on SENS on 19th
November 2020.
The Company confirms that there have been no changes to the auditor´s report which was
referenced in the reviewed results and made available to shareholders at the Company´s
registered office and on its website on the same date as the publication of the reviewed results.
2. Change of Registered Office
Life Healthcare shareholders are advised that the Company’s registered office has changed
to Building 2, Oxford Parks, 203 Oxford Road, Cnr Eastwood and Oxford Roads, Dunkeld,
2196. The postal address and the switchboard number remain the same.
