FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 19 November 2020 and the
announcement released on SENS on 27 March 2020 relating to the acquisition by Conduit Capital of Legal
Shield Holdings and are hereby advised that, based on the ongoing discussions regarding the Herboths
transaction as referenced in the aforementioned cautionary announcement, these discussions may also have
an impact on the terms of the Legal Shield Holdings transaction.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a
further announcement is made.
