CORRECTION TO DEALINGS IN SECURITIES ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the dealings in securities announcement published on 30 April 2019 which included, inter alia,
information on the receipt of 167 shares by Antoine Dijkstra, a director of NEPI Rockcastle, in terms of an election to
receive the final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2018 as a return of capital by way of an issue of new shares.
Further reconciliations of the share register show that no election to receive the dividend as an issue of new shares was
made by Antoine Dijkstra and the dividend was settled in cash. Accordingly, the 167 shares were not received by Antoine
Dijkstra and the disclosure contained in the announcement published on 30 April 2019 should therefore exclude this
allocation.
