DISTRIBUTION OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT

Shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) are hereby advised that the Company’s
annual report (“Annual Report”), incorporating the full audited consolidated annual financial
statements of the Company for the year ended 29 February 2020
(“Annual Financial Statements”) was distributed to Shareholders today,
30 September 2020, and contains no modifications to the audited results which were
announced on SENS on 31 August 2020.

The Annual Report and the Annual Financial Statements will also be available on the
Company’s website, at http://www.afdawn.co.za/emags/annualreport2020/index.html as
from today, 30 September 2020.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting (“AGM”) will be held at 10:00 on
Wednesday, 4 November 2020 at the offices of Elite Group, Horizon Shopping Centre,
3rd Floor, Corner Sonop and Ontdekkers Roads, Horizon View, Roodepoort to transact the
business as set out in the notice of AGM which forms part of the Annual Report.

The date on which Shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register of the
Company to be eligible to vote at the AGM is Friday, 30 October 2020, with the last day to
trade being Tuesday, 27 October 2020.
