FURTHER DISCLOSURE ON A DEALING IN KAP SHARES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF A DIRECTOR

Shareholders are referred to the Company’s SENS announcement dated 29 September 2020
(“Dealing Announcement”), advising the market of a disposal of KAP ordinary shares
(“Subject Shares”) by an associate of a director.

As indicated in the Dealing Announcement, the Subject Shares were sold due to the
termination of an existing three-year funding agreement between the associate and a third
party lender, in terms of which the former had pledged the Subject Shares as security for a
loan (“Loan”). The Dealing Announcement reflected the original amount advanced under the
Loan, being R3 145 484.

The Company confirms that the sale value of the Subject Shares, as disclosed in the Dealing
Announcement and amounting to R4 905 324.90, was equal to the outstanding balance of
the Loan on the date of disposal, inclusive of carrying costs, and was utilised fully in settling
the Loan.
