NO CHANGE STATEMENT, DISTRIBUTION OF THE ANNUAL INTEGRATED REPORT
AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) are hereby advised that the Company’s
integrated annual report (“Integrated Annual Report”), incorporating the full audited
consolidated annual financial statements of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2020
(“Annual Financial Statements”) and the notice of the annual general meeting of the
Company (“AGM”) was distributed to Shareholders today, [insert date], and contains no
modifications to the audited results which were announced on SENS on Tuesday, 22
September 2020.

The Integrated Annual Report and the Annual Financial Statements will also be available on
the Company’s website, at https://www.alarisholdings.com/investor-relations/reports/#tab-id-
2 as from today, 30 September 2020.


NOTICE OF AGM

Notice is hereby given that the AGM will be held at 12h00 on Thursday, 3 December 2020 at
the registered office of the Company at 1 Travertine, N1 Business Park, Old Johannesburg
Road, Centurion, 0157 to transact the business as set out in the notice of AGM which forms
part of the Integrated Annual Report.

The date on which Shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register of the
Company to be eligible to vote at the AGM is Friday, 27 November 2020, with the last day to
trade being Tuesday, 24 November 2020.
