TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2020
Shareholders are referred to the Trading Statement and Update for the year ended 30 June 2020
published on the JSE Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) on 13 August 2020 and are advised
that:
• basic loss per share for the financial year ended 30 June 2020 (“current period”) is likely to be
between 821.3 cents and 844.1 cents when compared to the reported basic loss per share of 114.3
cents for the financial year ended 30 June 2019 (“prior period”); and
• basic headline loss per share for the current period is likely to be between 1 390.5 cents and 1 424.0
cents when compared to the reported basic headline loss per share of 167.3 cents for the prior
period.
The reviewed condensed consolidated provisional financial results for the financial year ended
30 June 2020 are expected to be released on SENS by no later than 8 September 2020.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported
on by the Company’s external auditors.
