CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The EOH board of directors (the “Board”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Jabu Moleketi to
the Board as a non-executive director with effect from 1 September 2020. Mr Moleketi has been nominated
to the Board by EOH’s black economic empowerment partner, Lebashe Investment Group Proprietary
Limited, of which he is a non-executive director and shareholder.

Mr Moleketi holds a Masters of Science degree in Financial Economics and a post-graduate diploma in
Economic Principles from University of London. He completed an Advanced Management Program at
Harvard Business School in Boston, United States of America.

Mr Moleketi is currently non-executive and chairman of Aluwani Capital Partners Proprietary Limited, Brait
SE and PPC Limited and a non-executive director of Harith Fund Managers and Remgro Limited. He was
previously the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of South Africa, Gauteng Province MEC of Finance
and Economic Affairs and a member of the National Executive Committee of the ANC
