Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 25 June 2020 wherein the Company
updated shareholders on the potential separation and listing of Altron’s United Kingdom subsidiary, Bytes
Technology Group Limited ("Bytes UK") on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange with a
secondary listing of Bytes UK on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.

The Company wishes to advise that the Bytes UK management team will be conducting meetings with a
number of institutions over the coming days in connection with the listing of Bytes UK on the Main Market
of the London Stock Exchange. In relation to these engagements, Bytes UK has prepared a presentation
which can be accessed on Altron’s website from today at https://www.altron.com/investors/
