CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY, ADMINISTRATOR, SEM AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE AND SPONSOR AND REGISTERED OFFICE

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Astoria (“the Board”) hereby announces the appointment of Clermont Consultants (MU) Limited (“Clermont
Consultants”) as the Company Secretary and Administrator of Astoria with effect from 12 June 2020.

The Board would like to thank Osiris Corporate Solutions (Mauritius) Ltd for its valued contribution to the
Company during its tenure as Astoria’s Company Secretary and Administrator.

In addition, Clermont Consultants replaces GB Capital as the SEM Authorised Representative and Sponsor of
Astoria effective from 12 June 2020 as a result of GB Capital having resigned as Astoria’s SEM Authorised
Representative and Sponsor.

Shareholders are further advised that the Company’s registered office has relocated to the following address: 7,
Uniciti Office Park, Black River Road, Bambous, Mauritius.

Astoria has primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.

This communique has been issued pursuant to SEM Listing Rule 11.3. The Board of Directors of Astoria accepts
