SECONDARY LISTING ON A2X
The Exxaro Board is pleased to announce that its shares have been approved for
inclusion in the list of qualifying equity securities to be traded on A2X with effect from
2 April 2020 (‘the listing date’).
Exxaro will retain its primary listing on the JSE and its issued share capital will be
unaffected by the secondary listing on A2X. Exxaro shares will be available to be
traded on the JSE and A2X from the listing date.
A2X leverages technology in an effort to reduce trading costs which will lead to cost
saving for Exxaro investors. This trading platform allows investors the opportunity to
transact shares at the best price available which is in keeping with the Exxaro
commitment to increase value for our shareholders.
A2X is regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority and the Prudential
Authority (SARB) in terms of the Financial Markets Act 19 of 2012.
