COVID 19 - IMPACT ON THE GENERAL MEETING IN RESPECT OF THE PROPOSED DISPOSAL BY REBOSIS OF
MAFIKENG STUDENT ACCOMMODATION

1. Introduction

    Rebosis shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the announcements released on SENS on
    6 September 2019, 15 November 2019, 20 January 2020 and 28 February 2020 as well as the circular
    posted to Shareholders on 28 February 2020 (“Circular”), containing details of the proposed disposal of
    student accommodation situated on Erf 2460, Mmabatho 4, Mafikeng, together with the rental enterprise
    conducted thereon to Adowa Infrastructure Managers (RF) Proprietary Limited and the Government
    Employees Pension Fund (“Proposed Transaction”).

    In light of the measures put in place by the South African Government in response to the COVID-19
    epidemic, including prohibiting gatherings of more than 100 people, Shareholders are advised that the
    general meeting of Shareholders (“General Meeting”) in respect of the Proposed Transaction to be held
    on Monday, 30 March 2020 will be held in electronic format only.

2. Electronic participation

    Shareholders are encouraged to connect to the General Meeting by navigating to
    https://www.diamondpass.net/4262639 and registering as an attendee, as an in-person registration of
    meeting participants will not be held at the registered office of the Company. Participants should note
    that access to the electronic communication will be at the expense of the Participants who wish to utilise
    the facility.

3. Voting

    Participants connecting to the General Meeting will not be able to cast their votes at the General Meeting
    through the conference call facility. Accordingly, Shareholders making use of the electronic participation
    facility are requested to submit forms of proxy to the Company’s transfer secretaries (in the case of
    certificated Shareholders and own-name dematerialised Shareholders) or provide instructions to their
    appointed CSDP or broker (in the case of dematerialised Shareholders other than own-name registration)
    as set out in the Circular.

Shareholders are further encouraged to submit any questions to morne@articulatepartners.com. These
questions will be addressed at the General Meeting, as well as responded to through email.
