CHANGE TO THE BOARD – APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Board of Directors of
Texton (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that with effect from 12 June 2020, Mr Pinchas (“Pinny”)
Hack has been appointed as an Executive Director and the Chief Financial Officer of Texton.

Pinny, who obtained a Bachelor of Business Science degree from the University of Cape Town and is a
qualified CA(SA), was involved with the listing and international expansion of Stor-Age Property REIT Limited
(“Stor-Age”). He has been with Stor-Age for eight and a half years and currently serves as the company’s
Head of Finance and Treasury. Prior to his current role, Pinny was an audit manager at KPMG and was
involved in the audit of numerous listed property companies.

Texton Chairman, Marcel Golding says: “I’m delighted with Pinny’s appointment, which will bring a wealth of
experience and knowledge to the Company and considerably strengthen our property expertise.”

The Board welcomes Pinny and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
