APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements the Board of the
Company wishes to advise that Mr Jaco Labuschagne has been appointed as Financial Director with
immediate effect.
Jaco completed his BCom in Chartered Accountancy in 2014 at North West University and went on to
pass his BCom Honours in Charted Accountancy in 2015. He joined KPMG Inc in 2016 and completed his
articles and requirement to register as a CA (SA) in 2018. During this time, he was involved with the audit
of a number of large listed and unlisted companies. Jaco passed both the ITC (Board 1) and APC on his
first attempt. Jaco is now a qualified Chartered Accountant (South Africa).
He joined Pembury as a Management Accountant in November 2019, providing support to the Financial
Director. He has subsequently been appointed as the Financial Director based on his performance.
The directors welcome Jaco to the Board and look forward to working with him going forward.
