CHANGE IN SPONSOR

In accordance with paragraph 2.6A(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Stor-Age wishes to
advise that it has, by mutual agreement, replaced Questco Corporate Advisory (Pty) Ltd with Investec
Bank Limited, who will be the Company’s new sponsor with effect from 1 March 2020.
