LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWFNGOVI SECURITIES

NEWFNGOVI has issued and listed an additional 400 000 securities with
effect from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of
approximately R66.14 per security. Following the listing of the 400
000 securities, there will be 14 575 000 NFGOVI securities in issue.
