TRUSTCO AMERICAN DEPOSITORY RECEIPT (“ADR”) UPLISTING TO OTC QX MARKET

Trustco Shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the SENS announcement dated 19 August 2014
in terms whereof Shareholders were advised that Trustco established a sponsored Level I ADR
program. The purpose of the ADR was to facilitate access to Trustco Shares (“TTO”) in the United
States of America and enhance the international presence of Trustco’s emerging markets vision.

Shareholders are advised that Trustco’s current Level 1 ADR program has been upgraded to real-time
Level 2 ADR program.

Shareholders are informed that Trustco has commenced trading on the OTC QX Best Market, under
the symbol “TSCHY” where each ADR represents 100 ordinary shares and joining over 400 established,
investor-focused USA and international companies.
