PROPOSED MERGER BETWEEN SUN DREAMS S.A. (“SUN DREAMS”) AND CERTAIN
GAMING ASSETS OF CLAIRVEST CHILE LIMITADA (“CLAIRVEST”) AND INVERSIONES
SAN ANDRES LIMITADA (“VALMAR”) (COLLECTIVELY “MARINA”): UPDATE ON
POSTING OF CIRCULAR

Shareholders are referred to the announcements released by Sun International on SENS on
24 May 2019 and 18 July 2019 respectively, pertaining to the proposed merger between Sun
Dreams and certain gaming assets of Marina ("the Transaction"). The Transaction is a Category
1 transaction in terms of the JSE Listings Requirements.

Shareholders are hereby advised that Sun Dreams and Marina have not yet reached agreement
regarding certain terms for inclusion in the definitive agreements and accordingly the JSE has
granted the Company a further extension in relation to the posting date of the circular relating to
the Transaction until 31 October 2019.

Shareholders will be advised in due course of the salient dates and times relating to the
Transaction and the general meeting of Shareholders to be convened in order to consider and
vote on the resolutions required in respect of the Transaction.
