LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWFNGOVI SECURITIES

NEWFNGOVI has issued and listed an additional 500 000 securities with
effect from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of
approximately R64.11 per security. Following the listing of the 500
000 securities, there will be 12 725 000 NFGOVI securities in issue.
