PSG KONSULT INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND NO CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report for the year ended 28 February
2019, containing the full audited annual financial statements of the Company, will be available
from 23 May 2019 on the Company’s website at www.psg.co.za/investor-relations/financial-
information.

There have been no modifications to the reviewed preliminary results which were announced on
SENS on Wednesday, 17 April 2019.

The notice for the Company’s 2019 annual general meeting will be announced in due course
and be dispatched to shareholders, accompanied by a summary of the Company’s consolidated
annual financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2019.
