GBP300,000,000 3.375 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 11 March 2029, each issued
pursuant to the Offering Circular dated 5 March 2019 (the “Offering Circular”) relating
to the U.S.$15,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme by Anglo American
plc (2) and Anglo American Capital plc.
