Mr. Eksteen has decided to pursue his own business interests. The Board of Directors (“the Board”) thank Mr. Eksteen for the contributions he has made to the Company and wish him all the best with his future endeavours. Mr Greg Labuschagne that is currently Chief Financial Officer of Finbond International will be the acting Group Chief Financial Officer and Financial Director until the Board makes a formal appointment. Greg is a qualified South African Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) since 2006, as well as a qualified Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) since 2013. Greg obtained his B.Com (Accounting) Honours from the University of Pretoria and performed his articles at KPMG. Greg previously served as Financial Director and Chief Financial Officer at Finbond Group Limited, responsible for group-wide finance and statutory functions between 2009 and 2011 and was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Finbond Group International during July 2018.
