CHANGE IN VENUE OF GENERAL MEETING
INTRODUCTION
Shareholders of Afdawn (“Shareholders”) are referred to the announcement released by the
Company on SENS on 26 October 2018 (“Announcement”), in terms of which Shareholders
were given notice of a general meeting of Shareholders to be held at 10:00 on Monday,
26 November 2018 (“General Meeting”) and advised of the distribution of a circular,
incorporating a notice convening such General Meeting (“Circular”).
Further to the publication of the aforementioned Announcement and the distribution of the
Circular, Shareholders are hereby advised that due to an administrative error, the floor of the
building which will serve as the venue of the General Meeting, as contained in the
Announcement and the Circular (including the notice of General Meeting and the form of
proxy) has been changed to “BDO Offices, 6th Floor” instead of “BDO Offices, 9th Floor,”.
For the avoidance of doubt, the remaining details of the General Meeting as stated in the
Announcement and the Circular are correct and, for the avoidance of doubt, are restated
below:
Notice is hereby given that the General Meeting will be held at 10:00 on Monday,
26 November 2018 at the BDO Offices, 6th Floor, 119 - 123 Hertzog Boulevard, Foreshore,
Cape Town, to consider and, if deemed fit, to pass, with or without modification, the requisite
resolutions set out in the notice of General Meeting.
