Sirius Real Estate, the leading operator of branded business parks providing conventional space and
flexible workspace in Germany, refers Shareholders to Resolution 8 which was passed at the Annual
General Meeting of the Company held on 21 September 2018. Pursuant to that Resolution Ernst &
Young LLP were appointed as statutory Auditor of the Company from the conclusion of the Annual
General Meeting and as the Auditor of the Company for JSE Listings Requirements purposes from the
date that they were accredited by the JSE for such purposes. Shareholders are hereby advised that
Ernst & Young LLP received the requisite accreditation from the JSE.
