CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are advised that the board of directors of eXtract is investigating the delisting of the
Company's shares from the JSE on the basis that the delisting would be accompanied by a cash offer that
would be made by a third-party offeror to eXtract shareholders to allow any shareholder that could not 
or did not want to continue to hold eXtract shares in an unlisted structure an ability to exit its 
investment for a fair consideration. Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the 
Company’s shares until a further announcement is made.
