Ms Radley is a CA (SA) and obtained an MBA from Wits Business School and completed an Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School. Ms Radley was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she led the Transaction Services Group, advising on local and international listings and corporate transactions. In 2001 Ms Radley joined Allied Electronics Corporation as the Chief Financial Officer. In 2008 Ms Radley served as Old Mutual South Africa’s Group Finance Director for a three-year term, whereafter she was appointed as Old Mutual Investment Group’s CEO from 2010 until the end of 2016. Ms Radley has served as a non-executive director at Altech, Bytes Technology Group, Omnia, and WIPhold. Ms Radley is currently a non-executive director of Murray and Roberts and Base Resources.
